It is the Remount Foundation’s mission to provide a powerful transformative experience through horses, nature, and community that helps American Warriors achieve wellness physically, mentally, and spiritually, to fulfill their God-given potential to be fathers, mothers, and citizens of this great country. Operating in the beautiful, peaceful environment of the foothills of the Colorado Rockies at the United States Air Force Academy Equestrian Center, Remount, through multiple program facets, provides assistance to active duty, veterans, and their families coping with the invisible wounds of war and other life trauma and challenges. We emphasize health, making connections, and finding peace. More than 4,500 warriors, veterans, and their families have received help. All programs are free of charge to participants. Costs are covered by sponsorship and donations.
