The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) Veterans Health and Trauma Clinic (VHTC) serves as practicum and training site for the University’s doctoral students pursuing their PhD in Psychology, Trauma Track. It is a fully functional behavioral health clinic staffed with licensed clinicians and psychologists, all of whom are highly trained in treating trauma based disorders and have specific experience working with military and veteran populations. Additionally, part of the VHTC, Mind One, offers neuropsychological assessment and TBI screenings as well as resiliency-based approaches to treating TBI and PTSD.
